We have successfully built our Real Estate careers on referrals from past clients and friends and family. We strive to do the best job possible with whomever we are working with.   Kristi has been a Realtor for 16 years and has a background in remodeling and building homes in her family business of 35 years. Grace comes from a background in teaching. She earned her BA in Music as well as two masters in Education and Administration from Pepperdine University.   We both bring a wealth of knowledge of the current market and the best, and most current, ways to accomplish a successful close of escrow. We both are passionate about interior design and offer our staging services (Among many others) to make it marketable for the highest price. We advise our clients to seamlessly make decisions on buying or selling real estate based on their ultimate goals.
